Sub-slab depressurization is the most common and effective method for reducing radon levels. We drill a small hole through your foundation slab and create a suction pit. A PVC pipe is connected to this pit and routed to the exterior of your home, where a continuously running, specialized radon fan creates a vacuum. This actively pulls the harmful radon gas from the soil beneath your home and safely vents it above your roofline before it can ever enter your living space.
